Elvis Sightings

In progress. I finished on July 20th!  The book is about a private detective who is a “lifestyle Elvis” looking for a living, breathing Elvis in a Wyoming town where circus folk and wannabe Danes are in a blood feud. Still looking for the right agent. If you are one, and you like the idea, call me!

Comic Books

Resident Evil

My first comic book effort was a new Resident Evil series that takes place concurrently with Resident Evil 5. I got to work with the RE universe, but did not get to include any of the Resident Evil characters from either the games or the movies.

Issues 1 and 2 were done with artist Kevin Sharpe. Issues 3 through 6, much delayed, have a new artist who’s name has not yet been released, I believe. Issue 3 is due “Any day now.”

Out on Labor Day 2009 my second comic book, an adaptation of the NC Soft video game Aion hit the streets. Aion: Aiva’s Story was a one-shot comic based on an outline by one of the localization writers.

The artwork on Aion: Aiva’s Story was done by one of my favorite Wildstorm artists, Neil Googe. If you’re a fan of Welcome to Tranquility, you’ve seen his stuff. Below is a shot of the wrap around cover he did for the book.

IGN

I spent a lot of years at IGN, mainly in management and production, but did a fair amount of writing for the site, including dvd and game reviews.

Ultra Game Players/Next Generation Magazines

Dead. Defunct. Forgotten in the mists of time. Two gaming pubs I worked on, primarily creating interactive CDs for. But also did some writing.

MacLife

Before it was MacLife, it was MacAddict, the Mac magazine with attitude. And I wrote for it. Here’s a Final Draft VS Screenwriter 2000 review and an Avid Express DV review.

Poetry

This stuff sucks. Dig in if you dare.
